Worth the Wait

Bought the Danny entertainment unit and Danny sideboard. Beautiful furniture!! Well worth the wait due to delivery delays. Fantastic communication along the way from Anthony. Great company to deal with. Many thanks!!

A Stunning Unit

The Packaging and the Product is great. The quality of wood is pretty decent and the assembly mostly was pretty straightforward except for the draws but again it's not Fermat's Last Theorem.

My only rancour was with the delivery , wherein the delivery personnel didn't bother to ring the bell or drop me a message to notify they are at the door. It was a rainy day and if I hadn't been diligent, I would have ended up with a massive wet cardboard package at my door step. Also Being 40Kgs+ a little help from delivery guys to transfer the package to the entertainment room would have been appreciated.

Hence 1 less star. To the owners of JWF , please work with your supply chain personnel to ensure a good product/brand doesn't end up getting bad rep.

Jessica entertainment unit

I purchased the Jessica entertainment unit online and JW Furniture were extremely helpful in my purchase. There was a problem with delivery and my order was damaged. JW Furniture promptly replaced the order, apologized and reimbursed the delivery charge. They communicated with me all the way and the new one arrived. OMG if you are looking for exactly what you see in the photograph, order this!!!

I was a bit skeptical at first as I hadn’t ordered from here before but it’s the best price, best service, and best quality. Great delivery process and arrived two weeks from placing order so was incredibly happy.
