SHIPPING
Yes, due to health and safety regulations, deliveries can only be delivered to ground floor. If there are stairs involved, please let us know before placing an order and we will quote the delivery fees for you (if possible). If you have elevator access from the ground floor to your level in an apartment or building complex, this is included in the rate.
Before the product is dispatched, we can update the delivery address for you. Changing delivery address may not be possible once the product is dispatched or a fee might be charged.
We can deliver Australia wide. Delivery cost vary, price can be calculated by entering your post code and address before checkout.

JW Furniture can keep it prices to a minimum because we do not have retail stores, large warehouses or excess staff. And we buy in bulk and ship directly to you.

All our products are guaranteed for one year from the date of the purchase. If you encounter a problem, please get in touch with us. Depending on the issue, we can offer a replacement, repair or a store credit.
